For all prescription medication refills, please contact your pharmacy directly. They can fax a refill authorization request to the office at (425) 814-2783. Once you have contacted your pharmacy, please allow our office two business days to process your request.

If you are an establish patient of Mercedes Alice, ARNP and are in need of advice for an urgent (not emergent) mental health/medication concern, you can call (425) 312-3227 to reach Mercedes between 7:30am and 9:30pm 7 days a week. These calls are screened and will be returned as soon as possible. There is a $75 fee for this service.
